Our Quailty System

The Quality in Quandum products and service is one of the basic pillars in this company. Due to this, during the whole operation flow in Quandum, from the first idea for the design, till the delivery of the product and customer service, all the process are controlled by our continuous improvement program to get the best results for the customer.

Quandum states the following values for its Quality Policy:

• Customer approach (customer satisfaction using resources optimization).
• Process approach (our company is focused as a set of processes which lead to satisfy our customers’ needs).
• Continuous training (training is an essential tool for continuous improvement in products and services).
• Continuous improvement (vital process for the Quality System).

Based on these ideas, Quandum has introduced a Quality System in the design, development, manufacturing management and customer service for its optoelectronic and electronic systems and devices for Aerospace, Defense and Industry”.

Our Quality Certification

This system is certified by well known 9001 standard, in its version of the year 2008, with the certificate code 01 100 125200. Furthermore, Quandum, is also certified by EN9100:2009 standard and its certificate code is 01 117 125 200, for all the activities. This guarantees our compromise with quality, continuous improvement and security. The second standard expands the first one and shows special features over the usual certification outline. This is because it is special for Aerospace and Defense industry, and it is worldwide.

 

Both certifications are guaranteed by TÜV Rheinland organization, which goal is to assure activities with inspection, control and certification, in an objective way since 1872.

As a result of the 9100 standard certification, Quandum is part of OASIS (Online Aerospace Supplier Information System), an IAQG, which consists of Aerospace group, whose goal is the development of common requirements for the Aerospace Industry and Quality improvement. Our code is 6130438025.

Quandum is NATO supplier and its NCAGE code is 9359B.

On the other hand, in order to look for the environment, Quandum makes efforts in its supply chain process, to get materials which are under REACH UE standard..

Responsible Environment

Quandum belongs to a select group of companies which participate in the responsible environment program, a certification issued by our regional government – “Consejería de Innovación, Ciencia y Empresa” of Junta de Andalucía-, whereby companies are responsibly managed socially, economically and environmentally.
